Mining Section has broken ground

I've started work on the Mining Section of this game. Starting with the Random Chart for the upper layer, as well as basic mechanics. It may seem a bit boring at the moment, but the farther it goes down the more interesting things there will be. We quite literally have only scratched the surface. Ancient Tombs, long abandoned mine shafts, and denizens of the deep await!
