20Questions the Role Play Game

Among my many TTRPG plans is this one. A game where you just rank things your character can do on a scale of 1-20 and roll under that ranking any time it comes up. I will admit, this has never been tested, and most of this rule book is just suggestions. However, I still want to put this out there to see what people think.
